SAF system
The Flow platform was implemented for Cooperativa Sicredi União MS/TO - Brazil to streamline the process of opening large legal person accounts and their employees.
The Cooperative's need was to speed up the employee registration process, which could take up to 6 months to be fully completed. There was a need for all registration to take place online, without the need for direct contact with account managers and without the need for each employee to attend the branch.
Using the Flow platform, which Sicredi União MS/TO decided to call “SAF”, the process of opening new legal person accounts was 100% online and automated.
Before the SAF, the Cooperative carried out the registration of new members in a completely manual way. Now, just register a company on the platform and request in bulk , by email or SMS, the data and documents required to open a new account.
The new associate's employees are able to send their documents autonomously, streamlining and simplifying the process. And all this happens in a way 100% digital, without needing the future associate to go to a physical branch.

Import only the Name, E-mail, Phone and CPF of the new member into Flow. After that they will receive a link in the email to start the account opening process.

When starting the journey, new members will go through 8 steps of the registration process, which include personal data, vouchers, credit options and signing the contract.

After all the data is collected correctly, the platform organizes and makes the data export available in a "csv" file already compressed to be inserted into the Cooperative's base.
